Objectives

Our aim is to create a pleasant environment for people to be united through education, communication, coaching and counselling that will help us to create new opportunities, eliminate poverty and live happily.

Vision

Development of a society through understanding, open-mindedness, empowerment and highlight humanity.

Mission

Operating entirely on a voluntary basis, our mission is to engage every level of society through a series of coordinated initiatives, each designed to yield benefits for both communities and governments:

  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough surveys and community meetings to ensure that our programs reflect the real priorities of local populations, thereby aligning with governmental objectives for inclusive policy-making.
  • Humanity: Highlight fundamental commonality amongst all communal beliefs and value humanity.
  • Language and Cultural Workshops: Offer informal classes in multiple languages, role-playing exercises, and group discussions for all ages. These initiatives dismantle communication barriers and foster greater cultural appreciation.
  • Conflict Resolution and Personal Development: Organize open forums, seminars, and counselling sessions—designed to help individuals overcome personal and societal complexities while nurturing mutual respect and understanding.
  • Entrepreneurship and Skill Development: Guide young school leavers and unemployed community members in developing skills and entrepreneurial ventures that make use of local resources, thus boosting economic resilience.
  • Quality Management Training: Provide targeted workshops on product and service quality management to support self-employed individuals, enhancing their competitiveness and contributing to the nation’s overall economic health.
  • Early Childhood Education: Set up a Montessori that educates pre-schoolers and their parents on the values of protecting the environment and valuing all living organisms—a lesson in sustainable coexistence from the very start.
  • Ecosystem: Invite children and parents of all communities in other part of the country (travelers) to visit the Centre for Harmonious Coexistence and learn how to protect all living organisms in their living environment (ecosystem) leading to harmony and sustainability on earth.
  • Expectations beyond what nature can afford:  Encourage people to be happy with what they have and not endlessly desiring more than what we need, which could be one of the causes of unhappiness.
  • Egocentrism: Proper self-evaluation and becoming free from complexities and egocentrism.
  • Evaluate the performance of all activities. Further improvement methods will be implemented on an ongoing basis and success will be shared with citizens in other parts of the country.
  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis will be carried out at the end of each year and progress reports will be produced and distributed to appropriate stakeholders.
